Ingredients

  • 220 gflour
  • 160 gsugar
  • 130 gcoconut oil
  • 2eggs
  • 35 gcoconut flour
  • 100 gcustard soy (120g yogurt)
  • 100 gcoconut milk (80g)
  • coconut (vanilla)extract
  • (3tsp b powder)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream together sugar coconut oil and coconut flour

  2. 2

    Add both eggs and blend

  3. 3

    Add yogurt / custard coconut milk and essence blend

  4. 4

    Finally add sifted flour stir until combined (using spatula)

  5. 5

    Put into oven at 180° for 20- 23 mins (22 from turning on)

  6. 6

    Brush with coconut milk

  7. 7

    Put frosting or glaze on top
