Boil rice for 7mins bring down rinse the water and wash.

Boil small amount of water and add the rice add salt to taste then allow the water to dry up.rice is ready.

Place pot on fire add little amount of oil then onion,Salt,maggi,pepper and crayfish.stir allow to boil for 2mins.

Wash the dry fish with warm water add it inside the oil with little amount of water to boil a little then add the vegetable that is already washed.

Sauce is ready.
