In buttermilk add besan, chopped green chilli, turmeric and sugar and mix it well so besan will get dissolve in it.

Heat ghee in kadhai. Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.

Add buttermilk mixture in it and mix tadka well.

Later add salt and coriander accordingly and let it get boil and serve it with hot khichadi.
