    Boil rice in salty water

    Steam carrots and green peas

    Mix butter with : salt black pepper paprika ginger cumin curcuma mustard bay leaf powder rose marry powder

    Cover the chicken with that butter and spices, fill it with onion garlic tomatoes and bay leaves, put it in roasting bag and cook it in the oven

    Fry some garlic onion pepper carrots and green peas in 2 tbsp of oil, add rice and stir well, add chicken stock and simmer for a while, add the sauce from the roasting bag

  6. 6

    Deep fry potatoes

  7. 7

    Serve it with herbs and lemon slices
