Heat up your sauces

In small frying pan heat up 2 tb of vegetable oil
- 3
Add desired amount of chicken in your tortilla gently fold in half and place in frying pan once the oil has completely heated, you do not want your tortilla to crisp or it will turn into a hardened taco shell a couple minutes on each side will do ! remove from heat and place on paper towel to remove excess oil.

Pour sauces over your enchilada on seperate sides top with queso fresco ! and enjoy.
