Steps

In Pan heat Ghee. In heated ghee roast samolina till it gets goldenish colour and smells toasted.

In between add dryfuits and banana in samolina for roasting. Don't let it get burnt.

Slowly starts pouring milk and mix it continuously. Add sugar, Salt and ilaichi powder. And put lead on so samolina will absorb all moisture of milk.
