In a pot, pour your meat stock. Top it up a little with water enough to cook the rice. Add thyme, curry, @knorrnigeria, salt to taste. Allow the rice to cook in the water and set aside. In a nonstick pan, add little vegetable oil. Add onions and sauté for a while, add carrots, green pepper,sweet corn,spring onions and green peas and Cow liver. Add thyme, curry, salt, and seasoning cubes. Allow to fry a little. Scoop little of the vegetables out, add the rice and stir together.

This would be done in batches till all the rice has been stirred together with the vegetables.
