Place the ground beef in a bowl with the breadcrumbs and milk.

Blend all the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Add the blended mixture to the bowl with the ground beef and mix well by hand.

Shape the mixture into oval sausage-like logs.

Refrigerate for 1 hour to let the herbs release their aroma and the breadcrumbs absorb the moisture.
