Name: Gyros with a Twist!
Yield: Serves 8 servings
Ingredients: 7 1/2 lbs pork leg (about 3400 grams); 7 1/2 lbs (about 3400 grams); 2 teaspoons hot paprika; 2 teaspoons black pepper; 3 teaspoons cumin; 1 2/3 cups tomato paste (about 400 grams); olive oil; plenty of salt

Slice the pork into thin pieces.

Make the marinade by mixing all the ingredients together. Add the pork and make sure it is well coated.

Refrigerate overnight. Skewer the pork and cook as shown in the video.
