Steps

Peel the potatoes and cook, then mash.

Break the egg and whisk then add a pinch of salt.

Mix the mashed potatoes with eggs. Put a frying pan over low heat and add oil.

Add half of the mixture to the pan. Allow to heat for a few minutes then add ham.

Add the rest of the mixture on top of ham. Once the bottom side is cooked turn the other side slowly.

Let both sides cook till cooked. Remove from heat and serve.
