Maranade all spices / herbs in s bowl add a little olive oil and lemon juice, mix well cover lamb in leave for about 20 minutes or longer

Dice potatoes into cubes, slow fry for ten minutes in garlic, butter or oil. add to oven for 30 minutes

Slice aubergine and flash fry on either side

Stack auberdine, tomatoe, add olive oil and seasoning cover wiv oil pop in oven for 20 minutes

Make salad of ur choice up

Add lamb to frying pan or oven

Serve and enjoy
