Heat oven 200c /400f

Put flour in ĺarge cool mixing bowl, add chopped butter using your fingers mix together until it resembles sand

Add water and gradually form into a ball of dough

Take 1/3 pastry and set aside for the topping

Now flour ur board and roll out the 3/4 dough and place it on plate

Chop apples coat with sugar and cinnamon. Put on pastry

Roll out remainder dough using a little water around the edges top with the top piece of pastry. Use a fork to press edges together and poker some holes to allow steam out

Brush top with milk

Put in oven for 30-35 minutes until golden allow to cool the sprinkle a little bit of sugar on top to give a doughnut style crunch
