Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2big tomatoes (I recommend the aromatic bull's heart tomato)
  2. 200 gFeta cheese
  3. 1 tbspparsley
  4. 1 tbspdill
  5. 1 tbspmint leaves
  6. 1 tspsweet bell pepper powder
  7. olive oil, salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

  2. 2

    Drain the feta cheese and break to pieces. Put into a bowl.

  3. 3

    Finely chop the herbs. To make it easier and quicker you can also use deep-frozen (shredded) herbs. Add to feta and mingle together with the bell pepper powder using a fork. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

    Arrange the feta mix on the tomato and enjoy!
