This is actually the filling for borek that I modified to a lighter, low fat dish. Perfect for hot summer days, for guests and very easy to prepare.

This is actually the filling for borek that I modified to a lighter, low fat dish. Perfect for hot summer days, for guests and very easy to prepare.
Steps

Wash the tomatoes and cut into thin slices.

Drain the feta cheese and break to pieces. Put into a bowl.
- 3
Finely chop the herbs. To make it easier and quicker you can also use deep-frozen (shredded) herbs. Add to feta and mingle together with the bell pepper powder using a fork. Season with olive oil, salt and pepper.

Arrange the feta mix on the tomato and enjoy!
