Ingredients

32 sheftalias
  1. 1 1/2 kgground pork
  2. 1/2 bunchparsley
  3. 3onions
  4. 500 gcaul fat
  5. sheep or pork fat (optionally)
  6. salt
  7. to tastewhite and black pepper according

Steps

  1. 1

    Finely chop the parsley and the onions.

  2. 2

    Add the spices and the rest of the ingredients to the ground pork.

  3. 3

    Knead well.

  4. 4

    Wash the caul fat thoroughly with vinegar so that it doesn't smell and spread it out on a plate.

  5. 5

    Take a bit of the ground pork mixture, form it into an oval shape with your hands and then wrap it in the caul fat.

  6. 6

    When you have wrapped all the sheftalias, put them on skewers and barbecue them.
