Ingredients

  1. 1 canstrained tomato sauce
  2. 1 largepotato
  3. 1carrot
  4. 8String beans (or long beans 5)
  5. 1zucchini (optional)
  6. 1/2chicken breasts (or bacons as needed)
  7. 2 garlics
  8. 1/2onion, chopped
  9. dried basil
  10. 1bayleaf
  11. pepper,salt,sugar
  12. water
  13. mozarella cheese, parmesan cheese
  14. Cream (optional)
  15. 3 slicebaguette
  16. 4button mushrooms
  17. 3fresh basil leaves
  18. 2chicken stock blocks
  19. 1 tspbutter
  20. 1 tspred wine vinegar (optional)

  1. 1

    peel the potatoes and carrots, then wash them until clean. wash the string beans as well

  2. 2

    slice the chicken breast and cut them into squares. chop the onions . you don't need to chop the garlics.

  3. 3

    prepare large pot, then heat it. put the butter until it melts. put in all ingredients on step 2.

  4. 4

    after the chicken half cooked, put the water in and wait till boil.

  5. 5

    put in the ingredients mentioned on step 1. wait till the vegetables well cooked.add the chicken stock.

  6. 6

    put in the fresh basil and bayleaf. add pepper, sugar and salt. prepare the zucchinis and the mushroom. wash them. cut the zucchini into squares and slice the mushroom.

  7. 7

    put in the zucchini and the mushrooms. put in the strained tomatoes as well. boil the soup.

  8. 8

    now you can add the wine vinegar. turn off the stove and add the cheese and the dried basil immediately. serve the soup with baguette and cream.
