Wash the mushrooms and cut them into round slices.

Pour some olive oil in a non-stick pan and sauté the mushrooms with the garlic until golden brown (about 5 minutes).

Then, stir in the wine

And add the crumbled feta cheese and the finely chopped parsley on top, then season with salt and pepper. Leave it for a while with the heat turned off and it is ready to serve.
