I had the perfect ingredients left over from a pasta bake I made earlier in the week to make a quick and tasty butter chicken

I had the perfect ingredients left over from a pasta bake I made earlier in the week to make a quick and tasty butter chicken
Steps

Mix the tandoori paste and yogurt together in a bowl or dish

Toss the chicken pieces in the mixture, cover and set aside in the fridge overnight to marinate
- 3
Heat 2 tbsp of the butter / margarine in a frying pan over a medium heat and brown the chicken
- 4
Remove the chicken from the pan, add the remaining Stork margarine and onions. Fry until softened
- 5
Add the garlic and fry a further minute
- 6
Add the chicken back to the pan with the passata and bring to a low simmer
- 7
Add the cream and stir until heated through
- 8
