Stir-Fried Snake Gourd

I saw some snake gourd at the vegetable vendor, and it made me miss my mother's cooking. I bought the gourd without a second thought, haha. Oh, by the way, for those who don't know, this gourd isn't bitter at all 😊

Steps
- 1
Wash the gourd thoroughly, cut it in half. Remove the seeds, then slice it thinly
- 2
Slice all the spices
- 3
Heat a little oil for sautéing. Once hot, sauté the shallots and garlic until fragrant. Then add the dried shrimp
- 4
Add the bird's eye chilies, red chilies, green chilies, and tomato. Stir until the tomato softens
- 5
Add a little water. Once the water boils, add the gourd. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, and bouillon (optional) to taste
- 6
Stir-fry until the gourd is slightly wilted. The stir-fried snake gourd is ready to serve 😊
