Ingredients

2 servings
  • 500 gshrimp
  • 1cucumber
  • Black pepper
  • leavesThyme
  • Salt
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1large onion
  • Cooking oil

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Put your shrimp to boil in salty water for 5 minutes untill they turn pink.

    Cool down the shrimp in cold water and de shell them. Cut them in half and clean well.

  3. 3

    Fry your onion and let it cook untill transparent.

  4. 4

    Add your onions and a pinch of salt, let them cook untill well mashed. Add your shrimp and stir well for 5 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add your sliced cucumber, and stir well.

  6. 6

    Season with black pepper and thyme leaves.

  7. 7

    Enjoy with some starch. I served mine with rice and veges.
