Ingredients

  • 500 gself raising flour
  • 4med eggs
  • 2 tbspApricot jam
  • 3 tbspsugar
  • 3 cupswater

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat eggs in a bowl add milk, water and apricot jam and sugar and mix thoroughly in a mixing bowl.

    Place nonstick pan on stove add 1tbs oil and add measured cup of pancake mix
