Ingredients

  1. 4fingers plantain
  2. 1 tbspepper
  3. 4 TBSground crayfish
  4. 1bulb medium sized onions
  5. few leaves of scent leaf
  6. 1 bunchuguh
  7. to tastesalt
  8. 2soup spoons of red oil
  9. 2 cubesmaggi
  10. water too

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the skin off your unripe plantain and dice to little pieces

  2. 2

    Put inside a pot and pour water till it covers the plantain a little

  3. 3

    Pour in all your ingredients except the vegetables and allow to simmer

  4. 4

    You can add smoked or dry fish if you want.

  5. 5

    Once the plantain is soft enough, add your scent leaf, allow to boil for a few mins then add the uguh.

  6. 6

    Mix everything together, taste for salt and pepper, then bring down from the heat. Food is ready.
