Parboil rice for 10mins and wash boil again and add salt allow to dry very well.

Cut the carrots,cabbage,green peas,green pepper to desirable sizes.

Wash and Boil chicken with onion,salt and knorr cube.allow to boil very well till is tender.

Place pan on fire,add 2 teaspoon of groundnut oil add onion fry for 1/2 a min and add the sliced vegetable stir and bring down immediately.

Boil the stock with salt,2 red pepper and 1 Maggi.let it boil then check the salt and pour in the vegetables.

Stir and bring down immediately.simmediately.sauce is ready serve with rice.
