Sab se pehle moong daal ko 2-3 hours ke ly soaked kar paste bana le.

Ab mixing bowl me paste nikalkr usme Besan,salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder,onion,ginger garlic paste and Jaggery mix karein.

Ab arvi leaves ko wash kar paste ko usper spread karein.2 leaves se cover karein.

Isi trh se sbhi rolls ready karein.

Rolls ko 10 minutes ke ly steam karein.steam ke baad rolls ko pices me cut kar le.

Kadai me oil garam kar usme red chilli, sesame seeds, coriander seeds,curry leaves, musturd seeds crakle karein.now add sliced arvi rolls.

Add some lemon juice and mix well.

Garnish sesame seeds se karein.garma grm serve karein.
