Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 5-6boiled potatoes
  2. 2capsicum
  3. 3-4onions
  4. 1/4 cupred chill tomato sauce
  5. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tbspvinegar
  7. 1 tbspsoya sauce
  8. 1 tbspchings Chinese masala
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 2 spoonoil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut potatoes capsicum and onions in dice

  2. 2

    Heat oil in wok on high flame

  3. 3

    Add onions and sauté

  4. 4

    Add capsicum and when half done add potatoes

  5. 5

    Mix all the the left over ingredients and cook it for few more minutes and off the gas

  6. 6

    Serve it hot
