Ingredients

  • 2-3hours soaked dhuli moong dal 2 cup
  • 2tbspghee for frying
  • 6-7soaked Almonds
  • 3/4 cup sugar or to taste

Steps

    Soaked moong dal ka pani alag karein aur 1/2 hour ke liye kisi channi me rakhe taki extra pani nikal jaye

    Ab kadhai me ghee garm karein usme pani nikali soaked moong dal badami rang aane tak fry karein fir nikal kar kisi plate par rakhe aur thanda hone de

    Ab ise mixer me grind karein aur fine powder bana le

    Ab ek pan me sugar aur 3 cup water dale aur pakaye jab sugar melt ho jaye aur boil hone lage isme 1tbsp ghee add karein fir moong dal powder dal kar slow flame par chalate huye pakaye.. jab consistency halwe jesi ho jaye 1 tbsp ghee aur dale achche se milaye aur gas off kar de..halwa ready hai..

    Bheegi huyi badam ko cheele lamba cut karein halwe me mix karein aur kuch upar se garnish karke halwa serve karein..

    Aap fried moong dal powder ko 10 days air tight container me store bhi kar sakte jab halwa khana ho... Tab sugar syrup me pakaye..aur jhat pat halwa ready karein..
