Tacos al Pastor
I hope you like it and give it a try.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Once we have all the ingredients together, start by mixing the achiote with the vinegar.
- 2
Then blend the garlic with the salt, cumin, and peppercorns until everything is combined. Gradually add the achiote and chiles until you get a smooth paste.
- 3
Place the meat on a tray and spread the marinade over it. Add a layer of onion and bacon until all ingredients are used up.
- 4
Pour the remaining marinade over the meat and let it rest overnight for better flavor.
- 5
Skewer the meat and place a piece of pineapple on the tip, with several pieces of meat at the bottom of the tray.
- 6
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes at 428°F (220°C). Remove the cover and continue cooking for another 30 minutes.
- 7
Serve with cilantro, chopped onion, limes, salsa to taste, and pineapple.

Tacos Tacos
My family taco recipe for brunch on days off.-You can use a bread maker for step 10! It takes about 15 minutes on "dough mode."-Adding avacados is also delicious.-If you like it spicy, add more tabasco sauce.-Eat them while the tortillas are fresh. Once they cool, they would lose their flavor. Recipe by Anchamin cookpad.japan -

Tacos for Dogs Tacos for Dogs
I love making food for my dogs. I have to Chihuahua Sheltie mixes and I thought making them tacos would be really fitting. Plus they love cheese. Anyways I got to work making a dog friendly recipe for them. These are fine for humans to eat to but they might not have as much flavor as usual considering the fact that dogs can’t eat a lot of spices. When I let my dogs try these for the first time, they immediately picked them up and ran away to eat them. Keep in mind that these might be pretty messy. My dogs like to eat the meat and cheese out first. Then they will eat the lettuce and the shell. Katelyn
