Boil the managu for 30-40 minutes.

Place cooking oil and onions in a sufuria.

Add tomatoes and cover for 3 minutes and then stir as you crash.

Add managu and stir for 2 minutes. add a little water or milk then stir and allow to cook for 3minutes then turn off heat and serve.
