Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 tbspanchovy, fried
  • 250 grbean sprouts
  • 1 tspsugar
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 2 tbspwater
  • 2garlic, sliced thinly

Steps

  1. 1

    Pour oil into a pan. Using medium heat, stir-fry garlic, and then add bean sprouts.

  2. 2

    Add water. Stir occasionally until the bean sprouts are a bit translucent.

  3. 3

    Add anchovies, then sugar. Stir occasionally.

  4. 4

    After about five minutes, it is done!
