Linguine with White Wine Sauce

Melt butter and olive oil together in a pan.

Add diced leek and chopped garlic and chilli. Cook till fragrant.

Boil water for pasta if not done so and add pasta. Cook for recommended time.

When onion and garlic is fragrant put white wine, lemon zest and cook off the wine.

Add the creme fraiche and stir together
- 6
Season with salt and pepper
- 7
Add the cooked pasta. And stri together and serve immediately.
