Ingredients

3 servings
  • 3: Paan / Betel leaves
  • as needed: Hershey's cocoa spread
  • 3 tbsp: Gulkand
  • 2 tbsp: Chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp: Coloured saunf
  • 2 tbsp: White Mint saunf
  • 3 tbsp: Fresh coconut
  • 2 tbsp: Meleon seeds
  • 1 tsp: Elaichi powder
  • For Garnishing :
  • as needed: Red cherries
  • 1 tsp: Coloured saunf

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash paan leaves properly with water.

  2. 2

    Dry it using kitchen napkin.

  3. 3

    Remove the stem with scissor from each paan leaf.

  4. 4

    Place leaves upside down on a plate.

  5. 5

    Spread hershey's cocoa spread on back of each leaf.

  6. 6

    Place gulkand on each of them.

  7. 7

    Add grated coconut, meleon seeds, coloured saunf and white mint saunf.

  8. 8

    At the end add chocolate chips and sprinkle elaichi powder on top.

  9. 9

    Close the paan leaf properly.

  10. 10

    Do not overfill the paan otherwise it will not close properly and will break.

  11. 11

    Place the stuffed chocolate filled paan in a serving plate.

  12. 12

    Garnish with red cherries and coloured saunf.

    Serve immediately or can serve chilled.
