Ingredients

4 to 5 person
  • 350 gram Milk (full fat)
  • pinchYellow color
  • 75 gramSugar (or to taste)
  • 15 gmAgar agar (chinagrass)
  • mixed dry fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a milk with added sugar and one boil..

    Add achina grass and mix very very well..and adding the milk..and nonstop stir...

    Yellow color pinch add to the 2 tbsp of milk and mix it..and add in to the boil milk..

    Just one boil a molilk and stop to the stove..

    Apni pasand ke mold me milk ko pour karein and 1 hr thanda hone de..

  6. 6

    Then fridge me 1/2 hr rakhe and chilled hi enjoy karein.
