300 grams(about 1 1/3 cups) very dry pumpkin purée (bake, microwave, or steam the pumpkin)
vanilla extract

2 cupsself-rising flour

Cook the pumpkin until soft. Make sure the purée is very dry and not watery—bake, microwave, or steam the pumpkin, then mash to make 300 grams (about 1 1/3 cups) of purée.

Add the eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin purée to a blender. Blend for a few minutes until everything is well combined.

Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the self-rising flour, and mix well. Grease and flour a cake pan (I used a Bundt pan). Bake in a moderate oven for 35 to 40 minutes. To check if it’s done, insert a knife or skewer—if it comes out clean, the cake is ready.

Decorate with chocolate drizzle, powdered sugar, or as you like. Brew some mate and enjoy!
