Ingredients

  • 80 gLeek
  • 2Onions finely chopped
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 TspBlueband
  • Water
  • Coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Add onions and blue and in a saucepan and cook till slightly golden brown.

  2. 2

    Add leek and salt and a little water and cook

  3. 3

    Add more water and bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Sprinke finely chopped corriander and serve with croutons
