  • Halfhead fish
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • 1lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Take fish remove scales and intestines and wash

  2. 2

    Tenderize fish then put salt

  3. 3

    Heat cooking oil in a pan let it heat for ten min then deep fish

  4. 4

    Serve hot in a plate and squeeze lemon serve with ugali
