Sab se phle puchka ko deep fry ker le. thanda hone de.

Ek bowl m potato, khira, mung daal..mata..ya chana add kerlo.

Fir isme bhuna jeera, mirch powder, salt mix kero. inko puchka m stuff kero and uper se dahi imli ki chutney, tomato sauce drizzle kero.

Namkeen sev daal ker garnish kero.
