Steps

Wash and peel off green papaya.

Grate papaya

Add Turmeric, salt,green chillies sugar (optional) lemon juice in grated papaya.

Heat oil in wok (Kadhai). Add mustard seeds. When it splutter add curry leaves.

Add papaya in it. Stir well. Saute for 1z2 minute.

Turn off gas. Add Coriander.
- 7
Serve with lunch aur dinner as salad.
