    Peel the potatoes and using the grater chop to crisp thin shape

  2. 2

    You can use a knife if you want.

  3. 3

    By this time your oil must have heat enough. Add the potatoes and fry till crispy and yellowish

  4. 4

    Remove from heat serve with salt
