Moong mogar aur urad mogar ko 4-5 hour ke liye soak karein

Ab daalo ko dho kar alag alag paste bana le paste bsnate waqt ek chutki hing dalna na bhule

Ab dono ke paste ko mix karein aur salt add karein

Oil garam kar ke bade fry kar le. Aur ek pani bhari hui bartan main dip karte jaye. Bartan wale pani main bhi ek chutki hing daale

Serve karne ke liye plate mein haath se daba kar extra pani nikale aur rakhe

Upar se dahi daale meethi chutney green chutney bhi according to taste add karein

Last main bhuna hua zeera salt black salt red chilly powder chhidke
