Ingredients

  • 125 gbutter
  • 3rounds of Camembert cheese
  • 1/2 tsppaprika powder (or to taste)
  • to tastesalt & pepper
  • 1/2onion, diced
  • 1 splashfranken white wine, beer (smoked beer recommended) - optional

Steps

  1. 1

    Let butter and cheese soften at room temperature. Squeeze or dab of any excess moisture that comes out of the diced onion.

  2. 2

    Mash together, mixing in a bit of paprika, salt and pepper. Mix in onion and splash of wine/beer, if using.

  3. 3

    Serve with bread or crackers, or refrigerate until ready to use.
