In a clean bowl, measure 3 cups of flour, then mix sugar, salt, about 4 tbps of liquid oil and 1 cup of warm water. Then Stir until all is dissolved well.

Keep adding the remaining warm water till the dough is flexible and soft.

Keep Kneading the dough for 5 more minutes and add All Purpose Flour if needed.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.

After the 30minutes elapse, divide the dough into 12 ball shapes. you can dust them with any remaining flour

With a rolling pin, roll the chapati dough ball to a nice circular shape.

Rub the chapati with oil both sides

In a hot flat pan, put the rolled circular chapati gently and fry as you change side until it turns golden brown as you regulate heat.

Wrap the now cooked chapati in plastic and cover for after 20 minutes.

Serve with stew
