Add salt in Idli batter

Mix all ingredients in a bowl except bread slices.

Cut bread slices with cutter in a round shape.

Heat skillet (nonstick Tawa). Dip & coat bread slice into Idli batter. Place it on Tawa.

Drizzle few drops of oil. Cook it on slow flame.

Place one ladle full of sprouts on it

Cover with lid. Cook it for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

Serve hot with green chutney or coconut chutney
