2sausages dice
3fresh pepper diced in bit
1/2onions diced in bit
to tastesalt
1/2 cubeknorr
1/2cksp veg oil

Heat up frying pan, once its hot add veg oil and once the oil is hot add sausages and fry

In a bowl break eggs, whisk and set aside; add onions once the sausages are tender, then add pepper and stir add salt and knorr cube

Stir in the whisk egg and fry scramble till its cooked perfectly

Serve with fried yam and irish potatoes
