2 cupsoy sauce, i usually never measure but trying to guess
1 cupbrown sugar
1 tbspchopped garlic
1/2onion, chopped
1/2 tspliquid smoke
2 tbspworchestire sauce, not spelled right...lol
3 tbspMontreal steak seasoning

combine all ingredients pour over steak in Ziploc bag, marinate as long as possible, overnight is best

I've used this same recipe for 5 years. Now I can't stand steak from anywhere! Great job!
