  1. 2 largeBitter Melon (Ampalaya)
  2. 2 largeEggs
  3. 1/4 kgGround Pork
  4. 1Onion
  5. 1Tomatoes
  6. 1Pepper and Salt
  7. 1/2 envelopeMaggie Magic Sarap
  8. 1Vegetable Oil
  9. 1/4 cupWater

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Put minimal amount of Vegetable Oil in pan until ready to sautee

  2. 2

    Sautee the onions

  3. 3

    After 1 min, add the tomatoes

  4. 4

    After a minute, add the ground pork.

  5. 5

    Cover the pan till ground pork is golden brown.

  6. 6

    Add Ampalaya (Bitter Melon)

  7. 7

    Add water

  8. 8

    Cover until water dissolves

  9. 9

    Beat eggs and add in pan.

  10. 10

    Add Maggie Magic Sarap, salt and pepper to taste.

Very very nice recipe added melon fresh and let cook in the wok with the lid with a little splash of fish sauce, and chopped prawns. I must my wife being a native pinoy was most impressed by the end result .
