Ingredients

  1. Meatballs
  2. 1 lbground beef
  3. 1/2 lbground pork
  4. 3/4 cuponion, minced
  5. 1 1/2 tspparsley, minced
  6. 1 canevaporated milk, 5 ounces
  7. 1/4 tsppepper
  8. 2 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1 1/2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  10. 1egg
  11. 1 cupbread crumbs
  12. Sauce
  13. 1 cupwater
  14. 1 canmushroom soup
  15. 1/4 tsppepper
  16. 1/4 tspnutmeg
  17. 3/4 tspsalt
  18. 1 cupsour cream
  19. 1 1/2 tspsmoked paprika

Cooking Instructions

    FOR THE MEATBALLS

    Mix all ingredients together in large bowl

    Form mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter

  4. 4

    Brown in frying pan and place on paper towels to drain

  5. 5

    FOR THE SAUCE

  6. 6

    Boil water, remove from heat then mix in all other ingredients starting with the soup

  7. 7

    Place meatballs in skillet and pour sauce over them, cover and simmer for 20 minutes

  8. 8

    Serve over cooked egg noodles
