Ingredients

  1. 2 cupscooked white beans
  2. 3 tbsplemon juice
  3. 1 tspcumin
  4. 1 tspwhite pepper
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. Few dashes hot sauce
  7. 2 oztahini (ground sesame seeds)
  8. 1/4 cupolive oil
  9. 1 Tsproasted garlic (chopped works fine, just add less)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a food processor add all ingredients except the oil

    Start to puree the ingredients and slowly drizzle the oil until you get a nice smoothe consistency

    Top with feta, tapenade or whatever you prefer. Serve and enjoy.
