Cooking Instructions
- 1
Sift 280g of the flour into a bowl with the baking powder, salt, sugar and cocoa, then add the coffee and stir well
- 2
Cut in the butter and make a well in the centre
- 3
Add the vanilla and stir in the milk
- 4
By now you have a very wet and sticky dough and the fun begins!
- 5
Start to add in the remaining flour, a quarter at first and hand knead
- 6
Add little by little until the dough is no longer sticky but not over dry. You won't need all the flour
- 7
Cover the dough with a cloth for 15 minutes, then divide into 6 equal balls
- 8
Roll out on a floured surface into circles and dry fry like pancakes for a couple of minutes each side until they start to go light around the edges and dark spots appear on the underside
- 9
There are many ways to use these flatbreads. You can make a fruit and cream burrito, you can split them like pitta bread and stuff with sweetened cream cheese or you can cut them into fingers and use for dipping. In my picture I've cut them into quarters like ice cream wafers

Delicious Naan Bread Delicious Naan Bread
Naan made only with bread flour tends to be tough, and only with cake flour only is not chewy enough, so I wanted to make a personalized version. This is the absolutely best naan I've ever made! Eat with keema curry. If the dough sticks to your hands, dust with a little bread flour when forming the dough. When putting the dough in the frying pan, roll it out a bit while cooking. If you use a generous amount of olive oil, the naan will stay tender and delicious even after time! Cheese Naan Bread Cheese Naan Bread
In our home, we occasionally make naan to eat with curry. After making them many times, I settled on this recipe since it has a flavor and texture that my family loves. In Step 6, instead of using a rolling pin, you can just stretch out the dough with your hands. In Step 7, adjust the cooking time depending on your stove and frying pan. I put a thin film of oil in the pan, but you can omit the oil if you prefer. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -
Chewy and Light Naan Bread Chewy and Light Naan Bread
I wanted to eat naan that's chewy and moist like the naan at Indian restaurants.By spreading the dough with oil, it becomes easier to flatten, and doesn't stick to your hands.Stretch the dough out in your hands, rather than rolling it outMake the dough bumpy rather than uniformly flat. I learned how to make my own naan about a year ago. I loved the fresh flavor and ease of making it at home. Also loving Greek food and tzatziki sauce I thought to combine the flavors. Oh so yummy! Serve this as a bread on the side, place in grilled meats and sauces and wrap or enjoy in so many ways. Building flavors starts here. Taylor Topp Comacho -

I've uploaded a recipe for keema curry to COOKPAD. I've always bought naan bread from a store to eat with keema curry, but recently, I wanted to try making my own naan. So, I adapted a pizza crust recipe I use often (I'll upload the recipe soon) to make this. This matches perfectly with, Keema Curry. If you make the curry while the naan bread dough is rising, it's efficient. If you wrap up the naan in plastic wrap and microwave it for 20 seconds to warm it up, it will be puffy and delicious. For 6 pieces. Recipe by takkytake cookpad.japan -

Super Easy, No-Rising Naan Bread Super Easy, No-Rising Naan Bread
I love naan that's chewy on the inside and crispy on the outside, but proofing bread is such a hassle.I experimented with many different unleavened bread recipes before settling on this one.No need to grease the pan if using a non-stick frying pan.Grease the pan with a minimal amount of oil. Use your fingers or a paper towel to spread it thinly. (If you use too much oil, the naan won't have that crisp "naan-like" finish.) Recipe by Rurumiko cookpad.japan -
Easy & Authentic Naan Bread Easy & Authentic Naan Bread
I wanted to make freshly cooked naan at home, so I cam up with this recipe. Please be sure to bake the naan on the at a high temperature. It will be nicely browned, as delicious as authentic Indian naan is. For the all purpose flour, use Lys d'Or or a flour that is specifically meant for French-style bread. If you can't get all purpose flour, use half each of cake and bread flours.I added baking powder to the recipe to improve it. If you don't have any though, you can just omit it.
