Ingredients

  1. 12eggs
  2. 1/2small onion, finely grated
  3. 1 clovegarlic, grated
  4. 3 tbspmayo
  5. 1/4 cupparmigiano reggiano, finely grated
  6. 1/2 tbspworcestershire sauce
  7. 1 1/2 tspanchovy paste
  8. 1/2lemon juice
  9. 1salt & pepper
  10. 1 headromaine lettuce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Hard boil eggs, peel, half and scoop yolk into bowl

  2. 2

    Add all ingredients, except romaine lettuce, mix up to a thick consistency

  3. 3

    Put in plastic baggy and snip off corner of bag, squeeze mixture into empty half eggs.

  4. 4

    Garnish with romaine lettuce, parmesan cheese and paprika if desired
