Steps

Mix salt, wheat flour, all purpose flour, sugar, yeast and curd in a bowl

Now add milk and butter to make a dough

Knead the dough for 10 minutes by hand

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it and let it rise for one hour untill it doubled

After risen, deflate the dough gently and divide it into 4 equal parts

Shape it into 4 smooth balls and place it on an oiled sheet pan, brush the top with milk and let them rise again untill the bun doubled in size

Preheat the oven at 190c for 10 minutes

Again give milk wash to the buns and sprinkle sesame seeds
- 9
Bake the buns for about 20 minutes at 190c

Once out of the oven brush with butter and cool the buns on a rack
