Take a deep pan.

Add ghee and heat it.

Add wheat flour and roast it.

Roast the flour till it changes colour and nice aroma comes.

Add water and stir continously.

When it starts thickening add sugar and mix properly.

Now add cardamom powder and nuts of your choice.
